Y\u00f6neticiler geli\u015fen teknoloji ve de\u011fi\u015fen y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan rahats\u0131zl\u0131k duyarlar. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda bilinmezliklerin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu riskler, verilerin i\u015flenmesinde yeterli eleman eksikli\u011fi, i\u015f yapma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi, organizasyon yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitlenmesi, sosyal medyan\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fc ve siyasi belirsizlikler tedirginlikleri g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e daha da artt\u0131r\u0131yor. T\u00fcm bu olumsuzluklara kar\u015f\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fterilerin beklenti ve isteklerine uygun inovasyon i\u00e7in \u015firket kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n verimli de\u011ferlendirilmesi durgunluk d\u00f6nemini f\u0131rsata d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilir. \u015eirketlerin b\u00f6yle d\u00f6nemlere haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmalar\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc M\u00fc\u015fteri \u0130li\u015fkileri Y\u00f6netimi daha do\u011frusu M\u00fc\u015fteri Odakl\u0131 \u0130\u015fletme Y\u00f6netimi uygulamalar\u0131 \u00f6nemli rol oynar.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ya\u015famda iki kavram \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131: S\u00dcREKL\u0130L\u0130K ve S\u00dcRD\u00dcR\u00dcLEB\u0130L\u0130RL\u0130K. Kurumlar\u0131n gelecekte de var olmalar\u0131n\u0131n temeli olan bu kavramlar ge\u00e7mi\u015fin \u00f6\u011fretilerini g\u00fcn\u00fcn ko\u015fullar\u0131yla yo\u011furarak gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131yabilecek y\u00f6neticilerle ger\u00e7e\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir.<\/p>\n<p>Aile \u015firketlerinin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc aile k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile benze\u015fir. Uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc \u015firketler \u00e7evredeki de\u011fi\u015fime duyarl\u0131, g\u00fcncel geli\u015fmelere a\u00e7\u0131k olmay\u0131 ba\u015faranlard\u0131r. Varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek ad\u0131na kurumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, y\u00f6netsel ve teknolojik geli\u015fmelerin takip ederek b\u00fcnyelerine uyabilecekleri uygulamalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fen ko\u015fullar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kendisindeki eksikliklerin fark\u0131nda, \u015firketlerinin gelece\u011fine yat\u0131r\u0131m olarak \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n en iyi ko\u015fullarda e\u011fitim almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan ebeveynler yetki devri a\u015famas\u0131nda ayn\u0131 kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6stermedikleri takdirde her \u015fey anlams\u0131zla\u015f\u0131yor. Bu noktada iki tehdit alg\u0131l\u0131yoruz: birincisi y\u00f6netim de\u011fi\u015fiminde ya\u015fanacak olas\u0131 y\u00f6netsel anlay\u0131\u015f farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynaklanabilecek ku\u015fak \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131; ikincisi birden fazla ailenin ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan \u015firketlerde i\u015fe uygun adam se\u00e7iminden uzakla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>GELECEK KU\u015eAKLAR Y\u00d6NET\u0130M MODEL\u0130<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fletmenin her d\u00f6nemde s\u00fcrekli geli\u015ferek s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen aile i\u00e7i insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirici kariyer y\u00f6netimi modelidir. Kurucular\u0131n g\u00f6z nuru \u015firketleri ailenin ikinci \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ku\u015faklar\u0131na devretmelerinin zorlu\u011fu \u00fclkemizin ger\u00e7e\u011fidir. Ku\u015faktan ku\u015fa\u011fa ge\u00e7i\u015fte \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 engelleyecek yol g\u00f6stericinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00fclke ekonomisi ad\u0131na yararl\u0131 olacak i\u015fletmelerin ya\u015fam s\u00fcresinin uzamas\u0131, ekonomiye katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ve ekonomik de\u011ferini b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcr. Gelecek Ku\u015faklar Y\u00f6netim Modeli y\u00f6netim devrinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinde taraflar\u0131n ortak hedefe kendi a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131ndan e\u015f zamanl\u0131 yakla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p>Aile \u015firketlerinde aile anayasas\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131na \u00e7ok fazla anlam y\u00fcklendi\u011fini s\u00f6ylersek hata yapm\u0131\u015f olmay\u0131z. Dinamik organizasyonlar i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6zellikle ge\u00e7i\u015f ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlayabilece\u011fimiz 1988-2000 do\u011fumlular\u0131n \u00f6zellikleri pro-aktif yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ge\u00e7erli k\u0131l\u0131yor. S\u00fcrekli var olman\u0131n s\u0131rr\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015fin her g\u00fcn artan deneyimi ile gelece\u011fi yakalamak ad\u0131na g\u00fcncel teknoloji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n yetene\u011fini geli\u015ftirip \u00fcretebilirli\u011fi artt\u0131rmaktan ge\u00e7iyor. \u0130nsan Kayna\u011f\u0131 ile a\u00e7\u0131k, net, anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r ileti\u015fimi onlarla ayn\u0131 lisan\u0131 konu\u015facak y\u00f6neticiler kurabileceklerdir. Ku\u015faklar aras\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fman\u0131n temelinde bu dil bir anlamda k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve ya\u015fam farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan uygulamada modelimizde de\u011fi\u015fim \u00f6nemli bir yer tutuyor. Aile bireyleri ile birebir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yo\u011funlukta oldu\u011fu modelin uygulama s\u00fcresi i\u00e7in i\u015fletmenin bir Kariyer Y\u00f6netim Plan\u0131 olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile aile bireylerinin nitel ve nicel \u00f6zellikleri de etkili oldu\u011fundan yakla\u015f\u0131k bir y\u0131l denilebilir. <\/p>\n<p>Gelecek Ku\u015faklar Y\u00f6netim Modeli Program\u0131 kurucu felsefenin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u015firketi gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131yacak ku\u015faklar\u0131 y\u00f6netime haz\u0131rlar.
